About the college

About Shri Adinath Jain College (Eve.)

A college of Alwar, run since 1986 by a trust that has served the city's education since 1904.

About us

A college in the heart of Alwar

Set up in 1986 to give Alwar better education at low expense.

Shri Adinath Jain College (Eve.) was established in 1986 by Shri Adinath Jain Shikshan Sansthan. The aim was plain: better education, at low expense, for the young people of Alwar.

The college began in the Sansthan's own premises on Church Road, Manni ka Bar. In 2002 it moved to its own campus at Scheme No. 8, Gandhi Nagar, in the heart of the city, and it has taught from there ever since.

Today the college offers B.A., B.Com and B.Sc. at the undergraduate level and M.A. at the postgraduate level, all affiliated to Raj Rishi Bhartrihari Matsya University, Alwar, which has named it a 2nd Rank College.

What every student can count on

One aim since 1986, and three promises that follow from it.

Since 1986 the college has had one aim: better education at low expense for the young people of Alwar. Everything on this campus, from the laboratories to the remedial classes, follows from it.

  • Admission on merit

Every seat is filled on merit, under the rules of the Director of College Education, Rajasthan and RRBM University. The same rules apply to every applicant.

  • Within reach

The college keeps its expenses low, so a degree stays affordable for every family in Alwar.

  • Steady effort

Every subject asks for 75% attendance, teachers expect students to come ready to work, and remedial classes help anyone who needs to catch up.
